I have over 37 years of financial services experience with the knowledge and ability to handle the high stress, ever changing environment which this professional industry has developed into.
I have held Director positions at large corporate brokerages, have Established the Healthcare and Thought Leadership divisions at GTC and the Employee Benefits and Healthcare Divisions at GTKF (Cape Town).
I have completed research, analyzed and published Medical Aid and Gap Cover Surveys, comparing and ranking plans and schemes against one another.
I readily interact with and assist journalists with information pieces, as well as preparing my own articles and press releases. I have been invited as guest speaker at presentations and conferences, TV and radio broadcasts.
I prepare independent strategic reviews of Employer specific, Open and Closed medical schemes and Employee Benefits Risk Benefits and Funds.
I have held the position of Principal Officer to numerous Pension Funds, and fulfill the role of lead consultant for all Trustees meetings under my governance.
I have held the position as a non-executive Director of the Financial Planning Institute where I held the position of Chair-elect, and proactively sought to ensure the longevity and professionalism of our industry
