Dolana is a Regional Executive; Retirement Consulting. She
holds a BCom (Economic) Unisa, FAIS RE:5 Exams Obtained,
Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning- CFP (UFS) and
Leadership in the Connection Economy (UFS).
Dolana has 27 years’ industry experience, started as an
administrator and quickly transitioned to consulting and over
the years developing to executive management. Dolana is an
experienced speaker at industry forums on retirement fund
topics. She has presented at industry and women’s forums
like the IRF, Batseta, Alexforbes Hot Topics and South African
Social Security Agency Women’s Forum. Dolana also sits in
the divisional executive management forums. Dolana is also a Trustee on internal employer sponsored Umbrella Funds.
Alexforbes encourages thought leadership and
development and has seen Dolana participate in intense
leadership programmes like Leadership in the Connection
Economy by the University of free-state, Dolana is a CFP
designate and a Financial Planning Institute member.
