I have near 35 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Having attained various required industry qualifications, the professional designations and memberships that serve and are recognized include: Being a Certified Financial Planner Professional CFP(R) with the FPI: Financial Planning Institute of SA. I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF: International Coaching Federation, having completed and practicing the principles of being a Professional Integral Coach, studied through UCT. I am an Enneagram Practitioner (IEQ9) and Reinvention Officer. Currently, I specialize in coaching families individuals and business owner/teams of SME’s.
Until recently, I was part of a team of specialists that offered Financial Planning Coaching services. This role enabled me to coach, mentor, and train financial advisors and planners to leverage the concept of Lifestyle and Financial Planning. It is a philosophy that incorporate Behavioral and Financial coaching methodology. Introducing these aspects, helps to decipher that which is possible, and also that which has you stuck or holds you back towards reaching your dreams, goals or full potential. I am a young Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional living in the beautiful Garden Route town of George. Currently, I am employed by AlexForbes and serving clients from Plettenberg Bay all the way to Mossel Bay. I am passionate about the financial industry and helping people achieve their retirement goals through various wealth management techniques. As someone who grew up in a small town in the Free State, I personally experienced that there is no such thing as getting rich quick, but rather working hard, supporting your family, sticking to a long-term strategy, and seeing your hard-earned money work for you after a lifetime of making good decisions.

I see financial planning as my true calling in life, rather than just another job or career. The biggest pleasure that I can gain is seeing the difference I can make in someone’s life by guiding them on their path to true personal happiness.

Zandria started her career at PSG Wealth Management Namibia in March 2017 as a trainee Wealth Manager, to become a Wealth Manager. She completed her Stockbroking examinations at the Namibia Stock Exchange in 2018. She has experience in money market administration including Treasury Bills and Government Bonds. She was exposed to trading on the JSE and NSX and personal financial planning.
She completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at the University of Namibia in 2019 and her Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2020.
Zandria Joined the Stanlib Namibia team as the new Business Development Consultant in April 2020 and was recently appointed as Business Development Manager in July 2021.

Zoran Sokolovski has 22 years experience in financial services and investments.He started his career with Hereford financial services in 2001, where he became one of the top consultants in Hereford and Liberty Lifes Franchise division. He has spent the last two years as the Franchise Principal for Hereford financial services in Johannesburg.Zoran specialises in investments, retirement funds, wealth management solutions for high net worth individuals and financial life planning.He obtained his Postgraduate degree in November 2012 and he is now a CFP professional. He is independent agent.
