Ntsheki is a Regional Executive in our Johannesburg Retirement Fund Consulting division. She is responsible for a branch of consultants looking after a number of our stand alone and umbrella Fund clients. She has fifteen (16) years’ experience in employee benefits, wellness and is an investment professional.
Currently, at Alexander Forbes, Ntsheki is responsible for overall management of consulting branch of consultants. She is also responsible for the formulation of employee benefits strategies including risk benefits brokerage, developmental of benefits strategies and design as well providing advice on large retirement funds and key strategic clients in delivering tailor made employee benefit solutions. Before joining Alexander Forbes, Ntsheki was at Airports Company South Africa “ACSA”, where she was responsible for the development and design of benefits as well providing advice on the ACSA benefits. These benefits include the retirement fund, medical aid, housing scheme, transport solution, risk benefits, circumstantial allowances and statutory benefits.
Ntsheki is a is a CFP designate and a member of the Financial Planning Institute.
