Jacobus Fouche

aco Fouché is professor in the School of Accounting Sciences at the Potchefstroom Campus of the North-West University (NWU). Jaco holds the CA(SA) [Chartered Accountant], CFP [Certified Financial Planner] and CPRC [Certified Retirement Coach] designations, a master’s degree in financial management and a PhD in accountancy. He has more than two decades of teaching experience at various levels of complexity. Jaco received his NRF rating as researcher in Accounting Education and Personal Finance in 2022. He is responsible for the advanced management accounting module at honours and financial strategy at masters level. Jaco is also co-author of a number of articles and books and is reviewer for various accredited journals. He is co-founder and CEO of the Financial Training Institute and director at Jenwil BlueStar Financial Advisory services.
