I am a Principal Consultant in employee benefits with industry experience of more than 18 years. I have worked for a number of major companies in the industry where I consulted to large industrial funds, the retail sector, and in academia.
As a Principal Consultant, my major functions are to generate income from funds and contribute to the profitability of the business. This is done by providing professional, quality service and consulting advice to clients. This is measured by client satisfaction, retention, and expansion through coordinating all internal and external stakeholders; keeping abreast of developments in the industry, and generating new business whilst ensuring the fund governance is adhered to at all times.
My passion is to provide leadership to junior consultants; conduct regular roadshows to ordinary fund members and empower trustees to govern their funds with all diligence.
I am fully FAIS compliant and have met all the necessary Fit and Proper requirements expected of me, including keeping an up-to-date register of my CDP points.
