37 years working experience within the financial services industry, of which the last 20 years were within the employee benefits environment (14 years retirement fund and 13 years medical aid fund experience) and the first 10 years were within the long insurance industry.
For the past 27 years I have been managing teams, of which the last 16 years were in senior positions. I have developed a sound reputation for leading effective teams delivering consistent results through my commitment, passion, dedication, perseverance, positive attitude and analytical ability. I am an inspirational leader who can effectively lead teams of people to operationalize strategy in order to achieve the vision of the organization. I have been very successful in increasing productivity, lifting staff moral and developing staff to the point where they exceed even their own expectations.
